HEART & SOLE is a Starting Hearts event that brings the Eagle County community together for great food, fun and awareness about the work we do.

Please join Starting Hearts and Josiah Middaugh at HEART & SOLE! 2018 on August 25th at Ford Park for a 5k Run, scavenger hunt and more!

Activities at this years HEART & SOLE includes; a light breakfast, yoga, 5K fun run with Josiah Middaugh, 3K and 1 mile family fun walks, CPR/DEFIB education, live entertainment, heart healthy lunch, prizes and giveaways, health and wellness vendors, face painting, bounce house, and more!

Every All Event pass holder receives one free Omron pedometer, a $50 value!
